The concept of TweetWeek Syria is based on the #RotationCuration model with a little twist. Anyone is allowed to nominate someone (or themselves) to be in-charge of the @TweetWeekSyria account on Twitter for a week. The idea is to have a different spokesperson for Syria every week.
